The building houses Crooked Current Brewery, White Dog Distilling, Ja Patty, Ming’s Asian Street Food, Just Like Nana’s and Cakes by Eboni.
Thursday, August 25 is the night to sample a bunch of food and beverage companies that call Lorraine Mills home in Pawtucket (Hi, neighbors! We live here too!). The building is the headquarters of nearly a dozen startups that serve everything from fried chicken sandwiches, cupcakes and Jamaican patties to rugelah, craft beer and whiskey. And on Thursday nights, for $30, you can show up from 5-8 p.m. and sample half a dozen of them, including Crooked Current Brewery, White Dog Distilling, Ja Patty, Ming’s Asian Street Food, Just Like Nana’s and Cakes by Eboni. You don’t need to buy tickets in advance, you can just arrive and buy a ticket from any vendor and then make your way around the crawl.
We’ve seen a few companies teasing what they will serve. Here’s what’s on the bridge:
white dog distillation serves sample size painkillers, while supplies last.
Crooked Current Brewery will serve craft beer.
Ming’s Asian Street Food serves Korean tacos and more.
Ja Patty serves Jamaican meat and vegetable patties.
Cakes by Eboni serves sweets.
Like at Nana’s serves cinnamon braids, rugelah and other baked goods.
Proceeds from ticket sales will go to Moulin de Lorraine Festival which takes place on September 9 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and September 10 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
